backpacking
The last couple summers, we backpacked to Lourdes. In July 2027, we'll join Beatitudes groups from other countries to do pilgrimage to Paris, then Mont Saint Michel, the island abbey shrine of St. Michael (in background illustration). Then we'll hike from there to Lisieux, where we'll join young people from around the world tuned in LIVE to Pope Leo in Seoul, Korea! Even if you're not sure, if you apply we'll keep you updated and give you the early bird rate. Dates and costs TBD, but it will be at least 2.5 weeks long, extendable longer, and so affordable and fundraisable!
Lourdes or Lisieux
Small group pilgrimage is ideal, welcomed in local communities! Or we can help you organize your own train travel to and stay in Lourdes. Go for a weekend, week, or longer in beautiful towns and stay at our house or in a hostel within walking distance from the shrines. Pray at the Grotto and the surrounding basilicas.
