Trip Preparation
1. Apply
Fill out the following application to be accepted to your group trip. We may invite you to a Zoom interview to get to know you better and allow you to express questions or concerns.
2. Pay
Once you have received an official acceptance letter from Beatitudes Missions, please complete your payment to confirm your spot according to the guidelines set out in the letter. If making payments directly to Beatitudes Missions, visit out Payments Page for options.
3. Flight info
Your group will probably be purchasing overseas flights and insurance together. See your group leader for more information. You may have to purchase your flight to the departure city.
4. Documents
Read through our Safety information & submit this safety waiver. Email beatitudesmissions@gmail.com a copy of your passport in jpeg or PDF format titled "Your Name Passport photo". Email subject line [Your Name - Passport Photo]. Have this form ready at the passport control for your arrival in Tel Aviv.​
5. Resources
​Download the Maps.Me app on your phone, zoom in & download all maps in Israel for offline navigation. Make sure you have Whatsapp downloaded on your phone.
