  • Help plan and lead pilgrimages, retreats, online formation, interview days, and alumni events

  • Marketing and recruiting for mission and pilgrimage

  • Administrative support, including Zoom, planning/preparation, databases, accounting, mailings, social media, programming, alumni outreach

  • Music leadership, recordings, sheet music-writing

  • Community manual chores

  • Shopping and cooking

  • Around $1000 monthly fundraising for trips and projects abroad, and to help with living and transportation costs. This may decrease or benefits may increase with each 3- or 4-month extension

  • An established prayer life
  • Fundamental knowledge of Scripture and Theology
  • Readiness to learn languages and try new things

  • Desire to witness to and provide formation for young people

  • Ability to reach out to new people with the love of Christ

  • Good organization

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with Google Docs and Sheets

  • Ability to lead and read music (optional)

  • Experience with online media, graphic design, and/or video editing

  • Problem solving skills for tech tasks, car maintenance, household problems, etc.
